Our History
The firm was founded by Don R. Miller in 1965. Phillip J. Wilber began working for Don in 1978, then acquired the firm when Don retired in 1990.
Our Credentials
Phil is an Oregon CPA and a member of the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
